How does revenue share work?
Every customer you bring pays Buildara. On every subscription payment, CloudFran’s share is set by your tier (50% Starter / 45% Growth / 40% Enterprise) and you keep the rest — for the life of the partnership, deposited to you via ACH. This is alignment, not a tax: a flat-fee vendor has no reason to keep growing your revenue; because we share it, we’re wired to grow it with you — we only win when you win. Upgrading a tier permanently lowers CloudFran’s share — the upfront isn’t a cost, it’s how you buy a better lifetime rate.
Why is there a monthly fee?
The monthly platform fee ($99 Starter / $249 Growth / $499 Enterprise) keeps your tenant, sales materials, dashboards, and AI agent suite running. It also unlocks new product lines as CloudFran ships them — you don’t pay extra to add new offerings to your portfolio.
What is the qualification process?
A four-phase confidential assessment: $99 evaluation fee + 20-question AI assessment, soft credit pull, admissions review, and (if accepted) ACH setup with a kickoff call within 48 hours. About 25% of applicants are accepted.
What are the financing APR rates?
29.99% APR on the Starter and Growth setup fees and 24.99% APR on Enterprise, fixed-rate over 12 months. Requires a minimum credit score of 650+.
